011. Bring the information you already have
An existing CV can supply your work history, education, and skills without retyping each field. Choose a supported file in the upload screen. If the source is a scan or has a complex layout, pay particular attention to the extracted information.
Starting from scratch is also an option. Add the basic facts first, then develop the wording. A first draft does not need to be polished to be useful.
022. Review and refine the draft
Check names, dates, qualifications, and the relationship between each role and employer. Use chat to explain a revision, or direct editing when you know the exact replacement.
Review AI recommendations individually. Edit a proposed sentence if it is close, keep the original if it changes your meaning, and replace any example result with evidence you can support.
033. Export for the application
Preview the complete CV and export the PDF after your last content change. Check the file itself before uploading it to an employer.
For a specific vacancy, use the job description to focus relevant experience and create a matching cover letter. Follow the employer’s requested file type and application instructions.
