Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a package of credits with a one-time payment. There is no recurring subscription, and unused credits do not expire.
What does one CV credit include?
One CV credit creates one saved Harvard-format CV. You can edit and improve that saved CV without another CV credit, and export it as a PDF. Creating another saved CV uses another credit.
How do cover-letter credits work?
Each pack adds 10 cover-letter credits. These are separate from CV credits and support job-specific letter generation. Choose a bundle with both types, or use the letters-only option.
Can I change a bundle?
Yes. A bundle is a starting selection, not a fixed plan. Use the quantity controls to add or remove CV credits and cover-letter packs. The total updates before you continue to checkout.
How are volume discounts calculated?
Each credit type is discounted separately: 10% from 3 units, 20% from 5, and 30% at 10. For cover letters, a unit is a pack of 10 letters. Your summary shows the combined savings.
When are credits added to my account?
Credits are added to your workspace after checkout is confirmed. Sign in to the account you want to use before buying. If you need help with a purchase, contact support.
