Show how your financial work informed action
Describe the model, forecast, or analysis in relation to the business decision it supported. Name the cadence and audience of reporting where useful. Building a forecast, consolidating inputs, and approving a plan reflect different levels of responsibility.
Use precise language for uncertainty. A forecast is not an achieved result, and a modeled saving is not necessarily a realized saving. Explain whether an outcome was proposed, approved, or observed. Protect confidential financial data and avoid disclosing nonpublic forecasts in examples.
