Skills: curriculum planning, classroom management, assessment, technology, and parent communication.
Evidence Hiring Teams Look For
Add a skill only when your CV has evidence for it. The best ATS keywords are backed by experience bullets, projects, certifications, or tools you actually used.
Connect classroom practice to the learners you supported
Identify the age range, subject, and teaching context so the reader can understand your classroom experience. Describe how you planned learning, adapted materials, assessed progress, or worked with families. A list of subjects alone does not show how you teach.
Use outcomes carefully. A class result may reflect many teachers and interventions; explain your role and the evidence you actually have. Qualitative examples of adapting instruction or building a learning resource can be useful when a numerical improvement cannot be attributed to your work. Do not disclose individual student information.
Questions to answer before you write
- What age groups and subjects did you teach?
- How did you adapt instruction to learner needs?
- What evidence supports the impact you describe?

Match the school mission and grade level, then show your classroom methods, student support approach, and certification fit.
